CPIA is an engineering company founded to come along with projects providers dealing with professional real-estate: business buildings, shopping centers, warehouses, industrial plants, nursing homes… All these provided projects are either brand-new or remodeling projects.
The technical choices come from a balance between the constant search of lower operation costs, the environmental impact of the construction / renovation and the exploitation of the works (carbon balance sheets,…), the mode of financing, the easiness to lease the building, users’confort…
Living close to the owners, in a multidisciplinary and moving environment, from their thoughts to the achievement of their projects, here is our favorite mode of expression.
CPIAwas founded by Matthieu Chardain, graduated in civil and building engeneering. CPIA inserts the whole restraints of the project provider in order to suggest him several solutions fitting with a total cost “installed and operated” approach, respectful of concerns and environmental regulations, users comfort, and consistent with the funding. CPIA is in charge currently of projects under LEED or BBC label certification.
